William R. Grachan of ASCENT Business Services is certified, in business valuation holding the Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) designation from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants; the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers; and the Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) designation from the National Association of Valuation Analysts.  By obtaining certification, Mr. Grachan has proven an extremely high level of competence in the understanding of business valuation and the underlying components that make a business more valuable.
